I was skeptical at first, but I really liked the concept and thought it couldn't hurt to try this out. I got the basic service (inside and out) for $47, thinking this was a fair price for the water conservation aspect as well as not having to leave my parking garage. Leo came out on-time and took about 1.5 hours to completely bring my truck up to a brand new look! My truck had not been washed in over 3 years and he made it look brand new! I will definitely be using Leo again in the future - this was worth the money! (and Leo was a super nice guy...;) read less

This was my first experience using iSmart Wash, a mobile car wash based in San Diego, California, that comes directly to you: the client.
From start to finish, Leo provided strong customer service. He was flexible, organized and prompt, and overall, just a great guy. Such good vibes. I had a last minute situation pop up, and he was able to wrangle calendars and schedules to make our appointment still happen. This made me feel very valued as a new client.
On the day of our appointment, he provided text updates on his ETA, which was pretty awesome. We met up for a few minutes in my apartment garage and he walked me through the cleaning process. Yup, from start to finish, and gave me his genuine advice on what services he'd recommend versus what were nice to have. He was patient with all my questions, and trust me, I had a ton.
Overall, I would strongly recommend Leo and iSmart Wash to anyone looking for a mobile car wash service. Simon, my fabulous car, looked stunning, gorgeous and impeccably spotless after Leo's work. I'm a fan. read less

The day of my scheduled car wash, Leo Bandoy contacted me and asked if I was available earlier since he was ahead of schedule. I said I was, met up with him, and he was super friendly! He gave me a rundown of the TLC he'd be giving my car and asked if there was anything in particular I was concerned about. After Leo's work, my car looked practically new. I'm definitely going to be contacting him for future car washes and have already recommended him to my coworkers. Thank you, Leo! read less

I saw Thomas washing a neighbor's Porsche in our parking garage in Downtown San DIego so had a quick chat with Thomas . Nice friendly guy, one of the partners. Thomas will come and wash/detail your car himself pretty much anytime from 5am to 10pm.
I just joined with the membership and got my first wash and wax on my black Audi RS5. Tom arrived early at 7am and took care of Black Magic like it was hi own. Impeccable wash and wax - no upsells or pressure.
Tom comes to you! He has everything he needs (including portable lights for parking garages) and does an amazing job. Looking forward to my next wash and a paint buff.
